Individual psychotherapy
Psychotherapy offers a regular, confidential space in which you can speak freely and begin to understand experiences that may have felt confusing, painful or difficult to hold alone.
In person in East & Central London · Online across the UKPsychotherapy can help with immediate difficulties, but it can also offer something deeper: the opportunity to understand how you came to experience yourself, other people and the world as you do.
We may explore what is happening in your life now, while remaining curious about earlier relationships and experiences. Over time, connections can emerge between the past and the present, between what is known and what has previously been harder to think about.
This understanding can bring relief, greater emotional freedom and a stronger capacity to make choices rather than feel governed by familiar patterns.

What to expect
We meet at the same time each week for 50 minutes, creating a dependable rhythm for the work.
You can bring whatever is on your mind. There is no set agenda and no “right” way to use the space.
Together we notice feelings, meanings and patterns that may otherwise remain outside awareness.
As understanding grows, new ways of relating to yourself and others can become possible.
My approach recognises that our earliest relationships and experiences can continue to shape how we feel, cope and connect in adult life—often in ways we do not immediately recognise.
The relationship between us is an important part of the therapy. It can give us a living, shared way to understand patterns and expectations that may also appear elsewhere in your life.
Some people come with a particular difficulty and benefit from shorter-term work with a clear area of focus.
Others want to explore longstanding experiences or patterns through open-ended, longer-term psychotherapy.
