About Judith

A thoughtful and confidential space to explore what is happening in your life.

I believe therapy begins with the experience of being listened to carefully—without judgement, pressure or the need to present a polished version of yourself.

My way of working

Therapy that makes space for the whole of you.

People often come to therapy carrying experiences that have been difficult to name, make sense of or share. I offer a steady space where we can approach these experiences at a pace that feels manageable.

I work relationally, which means I pay close attention not only to what you tell me but also to the way we experience and understand things together. At times I may offer a reflection, notice a pattern or gently wonder about something that seems important.

My aim is not to tell you how to live. It is to help you develop a fuller understanding of yourself, so that choices and change can emerge from somewhere more honest and deeply felt.

A thoughtful first step

We can begin with a conversation.

The initial consultation is an opportunity to talk about what has brought you to therapy, ask questions and consider whether working together feels right.
